Es werden zunächst Hard- und Software-Märkte der Spiele-Industrie aufgezeigt, im Anschluss daran folgen die Wertschöpfungskette der Spiele-Software Produktion, sowie das Beschaffungsmanagement aus Sicht der Publisher und das Produktionsmanagement. Ziel der Arbeit ist eine Betrachtung der Zukunftsperspektiven dieser Industrie. Es wurden unter anderem aktuelle Zahlen aus deutschen und amerikanischen Märkten verwendet.The following thesis deals with computer and video game management. First, hard- and software markets in the game industry will be explained, followed by the value chain of the game software production as well as the procurement management from view of the publisher plus the production management. Aim of the thesis is to show up the future perspectives of the industry. Amongst other things, current evaluation numbers from the german and the u.s. market were used.
