In der Ökonomie entwickelt sich in zunehmendem Maße eine Sichtweise, die durch Nichtgleichgewicht, Evolution, Interaktion und Lernen anstelle von Gleichgewicht, Stationarität und perfekter Rationalität charakterisiert ist. Um diese gewandelte Perspektive zu etablieren, bedarf es neuer Methoden und Ansätze, bei deren Entwicklung der Theorie der Selbstorganisation und Evolution, die sich in den vergangenen Jahren in den Naturwissenschaften als sehr fruchtbar erwiesen hat, eine Schlüsselrolle zukommen kann.§Dieser Band versammelt 18 deutsche und englische Beiträge international renommierter Autoren, in denen die methodologischen Grundlagen dieses Wandels, aber auch analytische Modelle und Computersimulationen diskutiert werden.
