Natalia McKinney's life has been static for months. As a recent college graduate, she's stuck working at a hotel in Boston, waiting for her life to truly begin. She dreams of an excuse to escape - and Logan San Andrés is determined to give her one. What begins as a case of mistaken identity soon leads to a family trip across the United States, with Natalia posing as Logan's girlfriend for the sake of maintaining peace between him and his parents.
