The human being is in the age of self-knowledge. We want to advance, evolve, transcend! This book presents the works of Daniel Lascani, published in the last 15 years, in the fields of psychology and human capacity building. In the 30 articles, shared here, are his main subjects, in Brazil and in Europe. For these reasons, there is enough association and chronology between the texts. Together, they form a set of consecrated themes, in a single work, and also a scientific investigation on how to calibrate our mind, in order to triumph in our reality. We coexist with our internal world (psyche), and external world (matter). When collapsed, they form only one reality, which is our life. In this context, knowledge and self-knowledge are the same thing. One always serves the other, just as: the body serves the mind; matter, energy; the finite, infinity. Knowing a little more about how our reality works may be only the first step towards playing the game of life with integrity. May this book calibrate our psyche a little.
