Indeed, nano-TiO2 was reported to kill viruses, e.g., Poliovirus 1, hepatitis B virus, Herpes simplex virus, and MS2 bacteriophage. That forced us to evaluate the possible reduction of nano-titanium induced genotoxicity by natural antioxidant chlorophyllin.
