In the different fields of teacher training, the most complex, as well as the most challenging, is that of Practice, and specifically that of the Pedagogical Residency. And when we think of its diverse and multiple problems, the theory-practice link is one of the most pressing. [...] Among the merits of this book, the variety of theoreticians who dialogue with each other in order to understand the problems addressed stands out. No less significant are the stories of the residents, which allow an exhaustive analysis from the theoretical and emotional experience. Constructing and reconstructing learning in the space of the Residency is a challenge in teacher training, a challenge to which the authors have committed themselves and taken risks. It remains to thank them for the time dedicated to investigate such a pressing problem, as well as for the writing of this book, because with it they are providing an invaluable service to the trainers of trainers.
