Hang Ten. The small-time drug gang that is playing a dangerous game with the residents of the city that Mariam, a rookie detective, now calls her home. Her new partner Liam, questions her abilities and would rather be working his cases alone. When their first assignment together is a missing teen in Liam's old neighborhood, they soon come to realize his disappearance is connected to Hang Ten, and the gang will do whatever is necessary to keep their members safe.
But Mariam soon learns that it's not just the local drug gang that can't be trusted. Most of the cops and detectives in her precinct are corrupt, and she questions if even her own partner is who he says he is. But she also has her own past that she wants to keep secret. As each new development brings more twists and turns, she has to reveal the truth before the gang, or one of her coworkers, succeeds in silencing her for good.
