Guided navigation enables minimally invasive access cavity preparation, preserving pericervical dentin and reducing the risk of procedural errors. Studies have demonstrated improved precision, enhanced treatment outcomes, and reduced chairside time compared to conventional techniques. Overall, guided endodontics represent a significant advancement toward safer, more conservative, and predictable endodontic treatment.
