The Reference librarian should conduct orientations related to the best usage of reference sources in line with the users' needs. The libraries should continuously make the evaluation of their services which are offered to ensure that the services are meeting organization's objectives. The traditional reference services are still being provided in Libraries but Reference Librarians must avail all the latest web technologies to better serve Library's users to enhance the functionality of Reference Section.
